Galaxy Iraklio Hotel, Heraklion (Crete)

From the friendliness of the staff to the clean pool and rooms, my stay was very pleasant. The rooms, although a bit tight, had everything we needed and were very comfortably furnished and soundproofed. However, the pool area was a bit small and lacked enough sunbeds. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms didn't feel like a 5-star experience; they were small, with two single beds stuck together instead of a proper double bed. However, the service was kind and friendly even though it came off a tad arrogant at times. The location was good, within walking distance of attractions, but the dining experience was hit-and-miss. Overall, it was an okay stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with truly wonderful service. The location is ideal for exploring the downtown core and beyond, but the dining options could be more diverse. The facilities are quite equipped and well-maintained.
